Inspired Shades is an exclusive brand to Budget Blinds. The materials and craftsmanship found in the Inspired Shades collection were curated by Budget Blinds to bring elegant styles combined with earth-friendly fabrics and technologies.
Our Natural Woven shades are made from fabric woven of natural raw materials, such as bamboo, flax, jute, kenaf and ramie. The Natural Woven collection fabrics are dyed with natural ingredients, and are hand woven by local craftsmen. Most of the raw materials are renewable, organic materials. The collection was created to bring high quality, style and color to natural window treatments that are Eco-friendly.
Roller Shades made of “solar” fabric provide energy efficiency through heat and UV absorption and reflection, reducing HVAC use and costs. The Inspired Shades collection offers PVC-free solar fabric options that prevent off-gassing of potentially harmful chemicals.
Both collections offer child-safe motorization options using rechargeable Lithium ion (Li-ion) batteries, eliminating the need for disposal of alkaline batteries commonly found in motorized window treatments. Home automation, available through Budget Blinds, provides a way to set timers and scenes, allowing homeowners to raise and lower their shades and reduce energy consumption even when they’re not home!
Additionally, 15 years ago we partnered with a company called Norman because of the outstanding quality and construction of their shutters. At Norman they believe that Green is not a marketing slogan, but an everyday way of doing business. Everything they touch, from materials that go into making their products to the manufacturing processes involved, they have the environment and our consumers' safety in mind.
