Farwell West Seattle
Built Green construction standards and use of sustainable materials were implemented. The PRDG design approach included: minimal site disturbance with a small footprint created green space that was enhanced with lush landscaping and a rain garden; strategically placed fenestration in all rooms capture the views, daylight and eliminate the use of artificial lighting during the day: an energy efficient building envelope, appliances, fixtures and solar array infrastructure were integrated into the construction.Read More

Huff_Craven Net Zero Residence
Designed by Velocipede architects this modern net-zero-energy home includes a Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit with an interior spiral staircase. Toilets are wall hung for easy cleaning and a plumbing manifold provides hot water promptly. PV solar panels on the SIPs roof generate electricity and energy usage is tracked on the owners’ phones using eGauge.
