WELCOME HOME!
Greenfab builds modern, green, prefabricated homes in half the time of traditional custom homes with a full turn-key service.

WHY GREENFAB?
A Greenfab modular home is less costly to operate because water and energy conservation lowers utility bills, and is an excellent long term investment as it offers a greater re-sale value. Our homes also capitalize on the efficiencies of off-site factory construction to achieve significant time and material savings compared to traditional site-built homes.

BUILD TIME ADVANTAGES
By using an off-site prefabricated construction process, Greenfab is able to build our homes 50% FASTER than traditional site-built custom homes. This not only saves months of headaches and inconvenience, it also lowers financing costs on construction loans. Our Greenwood home was built in just 4 months from start to finish.

INDOOR HEALTH ADVANTAGES
Not only do Greenfab homes incorporate no-voc paints and other healthy materials, our homes are completely FREE of the mold and bacteria that form behind the walls of every traditional site built home that sits in the Seattle rain during construction. Our building materials never feel a raindrop.

HOME STRENGTH
Greenfab homes are more structurally sound and able to withstand earthquakes better than traditional site-built homes due to the fact that our homes are comprised of rigid, over-built modules that must withstand the transportation and installation process before they are bolted together like legos.

EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY
Greenfab modular homes are built to the same building codes as traditional site-built homes but are built stronger with true right angles, double floor and ceiling assemblies and added bracing.

BETTER FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
Greenfab's factory construction process allows for precise cutting and use of materials leading to 50-70% less waste generated compared to traditional site-built homes. This means fewer materials end up in landfills.
