Energy Efficiency, Indoor Air Quality, Storm Water Infiltration, Green Roof, Advanced Building Envelope
The original 1960 duplex was removed board by board, nail by nail. In all, 10,000 board feet of lumber was saved and at least half of it was reused in the new structure. A blending of old materials and new gives City Cabins at Indian Wall an immediate feeling of home. Here you will find garden roofs and rain cisterns, stained concrete and stainless steel. There is continuous fresh air and all LED lighting, induction cooking and a condensing dryer. Please join us to see this latest five star Built Green project.
